This policy governs your use of the software application CFCAssam Application for mobile devices and desktop computers. The Application allows Organize and leverage big data analytics in real-time, at the push of a button.

The Application obtains the information you provide when you download and login the Application. However, please keep in mind that you may not be able to use the features offered by the Application unless you register and login with us.

In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to your mobile/ desktop devices unique device ID and your current location.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does collect precise information about the location of your mobile device when it is open, but this is only shared with us when you upload a survey. This is required to identify the location of the survey point.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement.

We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
